Hi SC. Recently when i roll the mousewheel up or down - it's moving a chart forward or backwards by 2 candles instead of 1 candle. Do you know why this is? Many thanks

Could be due to the Scroll Multiplier in Global Settings >> General Settings.

Otherwise, it is specific to your individual system that Sierra Chart would not have control over.

If I make the scroll multiplier 2 instead of one then it doubles the sensitivity as you'd expect. However if I change it to 0.5 it does not half the sensitivity. Does the field respond to fractional numbers? That would solve the issue if it's possible. Thanks,

In this particular case .5 is not going to make any difference. You can use .5 but an example where this applies is when you are scrolling page by page using the scrollbar and then it scrolls half a page at a time.

You have to look elsewhere for the solution because the problem is going to be with the scroll wheel implementation on your computer.
