Hi- Been a NinjaTrader user for sometime now and want migrate to Sierra Chart. Im want to use Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language using SCT_ORDERTYPE_TRIGGERED_TRAILING_STOP_3_OFFSETS 12.50% (Stop Offset), 5.00% (Trigger Offset), 1.00% (Trail Offset). I have a question specifically on how that order type would function using option contracts. Would the % offset be tied into the bid or ask? |

Percentages for the order type SCT_ORDERTYPE_TRIGGERED_TRAILING_STOP_3_OFFSETS are not supported in ACSIL. You will be working with actual prices or price offsets relative to the parent order price. Not percentages.

What SCT_ORDERTYPE_ would allow a profit take? I dont see it within the documentation here http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ACSILTrading.html#AttachedOrdersOCOMainOrderTypes

Almost all of the order types support Attached Orders. What you are referring to is Attached Orders and this s_SCNewOrder member sets the offset for the Target Attached Order: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ACSILTrading.html#TargetOffset Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
