Hi support, I purchased the additional services 5 days ago, but didnt get the M. Now, i paid for the Barchat broker, and got the username and password. I am getting a green connection, but no M! I also paid for the SC CME data, got the username and password, but no M at all.... I did everything it said, on your website, but still, no M Please help me ASAP Ariel |

Hi, For some reason, it is showing me the M when i am selecting the SC data exchenge (at last...thanks!) But... I want to display the ESZ15 symbol, which is availiable for the SC Exchenge data, but when i am selecting it, it is download it and say that "Symbol is unknouwn", and it only display a data that is not updating.. WHY? |
