Hi, I was SIM trading today with Rithmic data feed. I left my charts for a few minutes around 13:00 and when I came back (around 14:00), the charts were frozen in time (the countdown timer was stuck at the same numbers, the bars were stuck at the same place since around 13:15, etc...) The connection status bar on the chart is green and says connected but everything is frozen (I can draw stuff on the charts but no data coming in). I tried to disconnect and reconnect and still the same thing. I even rebooted my desktop but with no success????? Thank you |

Thank you. I tried all of this but chart still frozen. All the opened charts are still frozen in time even though data feed is connected. All of the charts frozen since approx. 13:00 to 13:40 (time frame bars and tick bars). Editing, deleting, nothing works. I'm at a loss...

Help topic 3.13 is titled: Market is Closed for Symbol This is the relevant part: Consult with the exchange website contract specifications or your trading services provider about the trading times for a particular symbol. We will also add the following paragraph: In the event of holidays, a market can be closed at a time when normally it is open, or there can be shortened trading hours the prior or subsequent day to the holiday day. Oh I wasn't aware of "prior or subsequent" in the event of holidays. Thank you very much for your help.
