Damaged Chart after copying a chart

After copying a chart I got damaged charts (see No1). Not all charts were damaged only M1, M2 and M3. Upon changing timeframe all looks "normal" (see No 2) |

There are additional chart bars in the chart on the left (#1). Those must be coming from some study. We do not know what study that is. We cannot comment on this because we know nothing about the study. What study are you using which is causing those additional chart bars? I attached my reduced CB and a spreadsheet. I deleted a lot of charts and I think this is the "essence". If you duplicate the black M2 chart the grey one will be damage. If you want to fix the grey one you have to delete the copied M2 first. If you delete the "black" M1 chart and make a copy of the M2 chart every thing is fine. Same positive result if you delete M60 chart. If you duplicate the black M1 chart every thing i ok. I have no idea what cause the problem. |

You will have to determine the cause of this on your own. This is not within the scope of our support to troubleshoot user setups. You will have to go through a process of isolation by removing studies one by one and then duplicating charts and seeing what the cause is.
