Can´t connect to ttnet

I am not able to connect to Amp/ttnet today. I thought it has something to do with having only 1 day usage left, so I tried the emergency account activation. Still can´t connect. The connection works fine though on my second PC with the SierraChart credentials given to me from Amp.

Ok, I just tried connecting through a different internet provider, now it works. Strangely there are no problems connecting to the internet with the provider I normally use, websites open, speedtest shows normal speed, but SC/ttnet won´t connect
