I have a pop up message that my trial will expire tomorrow. Please arrange an extension and can you confirm that when you reset the account if all the current settings are lost - if so is there a way to save them?

As I intend to open a CFD account with FXCM I was going to start on Package 1 but see that it no longer exists. Is this option also discontinued for current trial users who started prior to you removing it?

We have reset the trial on your account. Restart Sierra Chart.

No settings will be lost. Your account will still have access to service package 1 when paying for usage time here:
