UI Suggestion on Subscription Level

Hi, I spent a couple hours trying to figure out why I couldn't get Renko bars to work on my chart, then I realized my subscription was not at the proper level. If your subscription is low level, and you select Renko, it reverts back to Time chart default. So, after I upgraded, now I get Renko. There is no indication that this is the problem. My suggestion, is that you background color red or make italic features that are not available at your given subscription level, with the information on what level is required. This will give 2 benefits.. 1) people will know why certain features are not working, and 2) they will see what they will get if they increase their subscription level. Just a suggestion... |

This is no longer relevant because service package 1 has been discontinued for new users. Also, we checked on this and what you will have seen in the Message Log is the following: "Renko Bar Period Type: Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package." You need to select Window >> Reset Windows because apparently you did not see the Message Log.
