Connection log stopped showing time differences

The time difference between my computer and the Sierra server was very useful. It is gone now. Can it be found someway?

You can find the Time Difference within the Sierra Chart Message Log (Window >> Show/Hide Message Log).

Near the top of the log, you should be able to see a line like the following:

Local computer UTC time and Server UTC time difference: 0 seconds. | 2015-10-29 16:53:01

Ever since updating to Ver 1309 the The message log does not display when connecting to Sierra/server. I can force it to display using Windows menu as you instructed.
But when I view it, the time difference is not displayed.
I forced it to display, then disconnected the data-source then reconnected to data-source. I hope that is the proper sequence to trigger the time differences to display.

You will only see the time difference at the very top of the Message Log. It displays only once there.
