Hello, i am still confused about (M) symbol. I know that the (M) symbol means that the data feed is working. But in first one connection i am not connected, but i can see (M) on chart. Otherwise in second connection, i am connected to your data feed, but there is no (M). As you can see below. I ve checked "Allow support for Sierra chart data feeds" and configuration is absolutely the same amid my sierra charts platforms. Where is the problem ? Thank you for your cooperation Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-10-23 12:15:33

If you should be receiving the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for a symbol but you are not, we need to see the Message Log.Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog And tell us one of the symbols and only one of them which should be receiving the data feed but is not. No. It is completely unrelated. We think we remember this, we referred you to the information here to reduce bandwidth from market depth data: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails4.html#h4.9 Not using any market depth features for a symbol should make a difference. You need to be aware that the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is a much higher bandwidth feed than the Interactive Brokers data feed. In general, delays should not be happening unless Internet connection is not fast enough. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. How common of a problem is the delay for you? If it is a significant problem, then we would have to add a low bandwidth option.

Clearly due to bandwidth limitations on your side the data is not getting through without delays. So we will add a low bandwidth option. Also we do not see a reason why you should use the CME Group exchange with market depth because the bandwidth of that is just going to be too high for your connection. We can cancel the CME market depth option for you. Let us know if you want us to do that. Not sure about when the low bandwidth option will be available. We have a lot to do. It could be about a month from now. We will mention it on the What is New webpage: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
