Problem with Transact to set conection with AT platform. After updated to 1309

Anybody who has this problem?

It takes to long to connect. Maybe it makes Bridge. I do not know what to do. I upadted to prereleae 1313 and still it has problems

Where I can find older version of Trasact to Bridge program i Used 1269 version of Sierra Chart without problems
