Something going on with IB and orders since updating to 1313

Simple ES bracket, same settings I've always used. TWS same version as always. Upon trying to enter a position in ES, I get: Trading Message from IB: Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours' is ignored based on the order type and destination. PlaceOrder is now being processed.. Error Code: 2109. ServiceOrderID: 32104. | 2015-10-20 02:02:20 Trading Message from IB: Invalid time in force:GTC. Error Code: 10052. ServiceOrderID: 32104. | 2015-10-20 02:02:20 Trading Message from IB: Can't find order with id =32104. Error Code: 135. ServiceOrderID: 32105. | 2015-10-20 02:02:22 Trading Message from IB: Can't find order with id =32104. Error Code: 135. ServiceOrderID: 32106. | 2015-10-20 02:02:22 I do remember seeing that warning in the past but always ignored it, but have never had any problems with outside RTH or GTC orders whatsoever. But after updating I have issues now and can't enter trades. |

This presently seems to effect ES and NQ but the exact same order template works fine with CL, TF, etc. I've even tried changing the trade window to Day for the ES orders and still get the same error. |

Pause any troubleshooting on this - as even within TWS there appears to be issues specifically with ES and NQ (but not YM).

I've completely restarted TWS and the issue is magically resolved. Sorry for the alarm - I had restarted TWS at the same time I updated SC to 1313 and had figured the update had something to do with things. Very strange.
