Is there actually a "simulation server", or do I misunderstand the reference in: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CTS_T4.php#SetupInstructions I'm struggling to have my account set up with AGN. The best they can offer is the CTS demo server, which seems to be an artificial training tool lacking the sophistication of Interactive Brokers tool, for example. I had assumed a simulation server would allow me to enter transactions to a real-time server, but on a simulated basis. Did I misunderstand? If anyone can offer perspective on this (and, maybe a better IB?), I would appreciate it. For the record, I was set to go with Discount Brokers - I really liked Howard's responsiveness - but the FCM for a $5000 account has too spotted a regulatory history for me to be comfortable with them. |

CTS T4 does have a trade simulation server which does provide real-time price data. CTS T4 and AGN are good choices. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
