What settings do you have at the top of the Trade Activity Log? You can privately attach a screenshot of it here by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Select the Trade Activity tab. As you enter orders from Sierra Chart, you will see the order activity and also the fills when you see a fill. This assumes that Trade >>Trade Simulation Mode On is unchecked since the Order Activity Source is set to "non-simulated" Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. So you are saying the Trade Activity tab is blank? And we are referring to the tab titled "Trade Activity". Submit an order away from the current price of the market that will not fill. And make sure that order is submitted from Sierra Chart and not an external program. You definitely should be seeing Trade activity lines in the log for it. Based on the settings we see there will not be a problem with this. Also try selecting the particular symbol you are trading and trade account from those lists at the top of the Trade Activity Log rather than using the "All*" settings. It helps to be more descriptive about the problem. We think we may have misunderstood. If the data that was previously in the Trade Activity Log is no longer present, then the first thing to check is the controls at the top of the Trade Activity Log. Otherwise, possibly the data file became damaged in some way. If you look in the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to do you see a Trade Activity Log file with the extension "corrupt"? all symbols traded before yesterday are gone. only the november crude contract is visible (traded yesterday) If the data that was previously in the Trade Activity Log is no longer present, then the first thing to check is the controls at the top of the Trade Activity Log.

Yes, the file became corrupted. This is why the Trade Activity history disappeared. If you have a backup of the TradeActivityLog.dat file, you can exit from Sierra Chart and restore that backup. We are adding now automatic backups of the Trade Activity Log file which will be saved in the /Backups subfolder. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
