VERY URGENT Order line on the chart doesn't show up

Hi,
The line of the order when i put it on the chart dont show up.
It was working fine till today and i dont have any idea why the line disapear.
I reuinstall last version pf sc platform but the problem remine.
Can u help to resolve this problem?
please give a look to the picture below

We have looked into this. And cannot reproduce this problem and it really makes no sense.

Open a new chart for the same symbol.

When that chart is active select Trade >>Chart Trade Mode On. Do you see the order line?

no.i tried all the stuff u said but no change.
still no line order .

hi again.i delete all sierra chart files from my computer and i install it again but still the same problem.it must be something really strange.
this line order option is very very important for me.

Select the chart. Then click Trade menu. Is "Show Orders And Position" option selected?

Honestly, this is the first time we have ever heard of anything like this and it really makes no sense at all.

Regarding post #5, that is not the problem and that is not from Sierra Chart support.

Go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings. On the first tab scroll down the list to Chart Trading Order Line*. Make sure the Width is set to 2 and the Line Style is set to Solid for each of these objects. There are 8 objects which have to be checked.

In the list you will also see Chart Trading Position Line*. Make sure the Width is set to 2 and the Line Style is set to Solid for the two position line objects.
