Data not updating

I'm logged on to Sierra Charts (with the green connection panel lit). I'm using the FXCM data provided by Sierra Charts, but the real time data is not coming through to my Charts since the start of the trading day. All appearances are normal; data is coming in to my trading accounts and MT4 platforms.

I have rebooted, closed and restarted Sierra and disconnected and reconnected to the data service. The Sierra panel looks normal but is not painting any data since the start of the trading day today.


Help is much appreciated.

We have lost access to the FXCM data feed and are awaiting a new password from FXCM to be able to connect to it. They have been told this is a priority.

We are patching through another data feed which covers the Forex pairs and some of the CFD markets like gold.

We should have this done in a few more minutes.

With few exceptions, the first data bar of the new trading day is an accumulation of about 2 1/2 hours of data (on any timeframe less than 4H). I presume this will be fixed when the FXCM data stream resumes. The lone exceptions I have observed thus far are on GBPJPY and GBPUSD).

The problem is temporarily solved but not all CFDs are available. This will be solved as soon as possible.

Please note that about 2 1/2 hours of price data on this 1M chart are missing in the spot where I've placed the elipse.

The chart on 10/09 ends at the normal 23:59 hours but the next bar paints at 0235 hours on 10-12. I suspect this problem exists because of the FXCM data problem you reported to me in an earlier post in this string.

I'm wondering if it will be necessary to load that data in order for studies to be portrayed accurately in my charts. As per instructions, I have removed all studies from this chart I've sent you.

We checked and the data begins at 17:05 Sunday evening US Eastern time, for this symbol.

Therefore, the data is missing from the local intraday data file. Re-downloaded the missing data by following these instructions here:
