This might be a quick fix

I have several custom studies I run, when the we live feed it seems to come up with slightly different results than when we load/reset a chart. For instance on one study I separate both up/down bars, when live feeding it simply runs the bar as if it is both up or down.

Is there a way that I can have each bar re-evaluated after each close, like with alerts?

What you describe indicates a programming error within the custom study which must be solved.
