Hi. I have decided to not continue my subscription to Sierra Charts. I believe that I cannot get any refund for services already paid for. If I can, please tell me how to do that.

I am concerned to make sure that no further charges will automatically be charged to my credit card. Can you assure me that nothing more will be charged unless I authorize it?

There is no automatic billing.

The payments where within the last 30 days so we can do a refund for you.

There is a 5 USD service charge though and the current month will not be refunded.

We see that you wanted to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed but did not have enough of a balance to activate it. Did you still want to use the data feed? If you are canceling because of trouble getting the data feed activated we can help you with that.
