Problem with Add Sheet to a existing spreadsheet from the Spreadsheet menu

When I ave a chart open with a "Spreadsheet for Trading" Spreadsheet and i select Add Sheet in the spreadsheet menu nothing happens? The Add Sheet is not grayed out and appears to flash, but a second sheet is not added to my sole existing open Spreadsheet for trading?
