Dear SC-Team, I am an AMP customer and am using SierraChart with the TradingTechnologies feed. I have put in the Quote Board a few Futures contracts and linked it with the chart below. (Please find a pic enclosed.) When the contracts are changed, the contract designation on the linked chart switches as well, but there are no data, not on the chart and not on the quote board. Everything else runs excellent, except of the Quote Board and its linked Chart. Of course I have read the respective information on your webpage but have no clue, why it isnĀ“t working. It would be great if you could help me with this matter. Thank you very much for your support and time in advance, Alexander |

None of the symbols you have on the Quote Board are valid Trading Technologies FIX symbols. Refer to the documentation here for the Quote Board: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GettingQuotes.html When you are setting symbols on the Quote Board be sure to use Settings >> Set Symbols. And press the Find button. Do not manually type the symbols. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
