Trying to incorporate % gains/stops utilizing option prices as your % barometer within a DOM. For instance I would want an intial 10% stop loss until option price trades to a 2.5% gain, when that happens stop would move to breakeven or 0%. How would I configure that with a trade window, visual would be appreciated. thx |

Here is the documentation for Attached Orders: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AttachedOrders.html Be sure to refer to the section about using the Move to Breakeven for Stop feature. It does not make sense to use a Stop offset of 0% or a Step Amount of 10%. In general, stepping by a percentage seems very error-prone. Also, we hope you really understand what it is you are doing because it seems like the trading method you are incorporating using options is error-prone and can be unreliable. Theoretically it may seem good, but as a practical matter, it is not simple. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Yes thank you for your concern. Before moving forward w/ any intative we backtest for weeks/months. The most important thing to us is the rotation of symbols within a trading session. Looking forward to seeing the improvement by adding new functions to ACSIL to support trading a symbol different than the symbol of the chart.
