How to load a template given from another user

Hi, I'm trying to load a template file in sierra charts but I can not find directions on how to do this. All I can find are directions for duplicating a chart, but I have not created the chart to duplicate. Thanks, Jack |

There is a file that was given to me for sierra charts with the file name .tpl When I refer to a template I am referring to the chart settings and study settings saved as one file. Thanks, Jack |

If the file extension is TPL, it is not compatible with Sierra Chart. It sounds like you might be referring to a Chartbook file.
