Historical Charts not loading

Recently had to replace hard drive, after re-install of Sierra Charts I'm have major issue with loading historical data. Please help. Thank you in advance!

Restart Sierra Chart.

Open one chart.

After this, wait until you see a message on the chart indicating that historical data download is complete or has failed.

Select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
