Hi, I have my source set to TD and my remote to IB. From the source I open "FS" and set the instance to IB and type in a ticker and hit "open trading dom." Shouldn't this open a DOM with access to the IB accts? It seems I can only get access to the TD accts. I think the permissions are set correctly, Many thanks, Cy |

What is the particular Interactive Brokers symbol you are using in the TD Ameritrade destination copy? With the data sharing feature, trading is not supported across instances of Sierra Chart. The feature is well documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MultipleServices.html#Sharing The documentation should answer all your questions. Please go over it carefully. There is not any additional information we can provide unless there is a very clear question and so far the question we have is too vague. The ticker was CELG. From the source I hit the FS button---then change the instance to IB---then ticker CELG--then open trading DOM---then the DOM opens with a TD acct# though the DOM says "R"(Remote copy of SC). So to use a DOM from the remote copy I must open the DOM within the remote and not the source? I only ask again because the source does show the remote as being available in the instance. Many thanks, Cy |

You are doing this backwards. If you want to trade that symbol using your Interactive Brokers account, then you need to open a Trading DOM in the Interactive Brokers instance using data from the TD Ameritrade instance. If you have any trouble with the instances being listed, then refer to this section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MultipleServices.html#SharingWithAdminAccess Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
