A few questions: 1) Is there a way to move Horizontal/vertical lines behind price and behind indicators? Is there a way to choose the order in which indicators show up on the chart? 2) I've added a Daily High/Low marker to the chart. Is there a way to make it follow price in a stair-step fashion so that I can see the gradual evolution of the high/low through the day (as opposed to just one horizontal line)? attached is a screenshot from Ninjatrader as an example of what I'm looking for. 3) I was able to link several Horizontal lines between 2 charts (i.e. they show up on both charts at the same levels) however it seems I'm able to only move the lines from the chart where the lines are originally placed (in the second chart they are locked)? Is there a way to be able to move lines on either chart and have it be reflected on both charts? Thanks! |

I have one solution for you for question 2 ) use study Auto Retracement / Projection in settings change all Levels to 0 or in Subgraphs changes Levels to hide or ignor. |

1. Refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Tools.html#DisplayOrder http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ChartStudies.html#StudyDisplayOrder 2. You need to use the Daily OHLC study. Refer to the documentation for how to do this: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s137 3. No, and it is not supported. 1. Thanks. 2. This was already solved previously using the Auto Retracement / Projections study. See above. 3. Is there any chance of adding this feature in the future? It would help if lines can be linked and moved across any open charts? I'm not sure what you mean by Direct Account but I have a LIVE Sierra account with AMP. The account is funded and trades with live money. |

2. We do not recommend using that. Based upon our understanding of what you want, you need to use the Daily OHLC study and the documentation has been updated with this new section: "Displaying the High and Low Lines Incrementally for Day". 3. Not anytime soon. We are referring to a direct Sierra Chart account that you pay for yourself. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
