Hi,
When I change symbols in a chart using the /symbol method, often the decimal place setting on the price ladder on the right hand side changes from .01 to .001. I would like to have it always stay at two decimal places. Can you please tell me how to do that?
Thanks.

Hi,
I am switching from symbol to symbol and do not have them set up as individual symbols in the global settings. Is there a way to have any stock symbol that appears on a chart use a price display format of .01?
Thanks.

We see you are using Interactive Brokers and there are Symbol Patterns for Stock symbols which will use .01 for the Price Display Format.

Give us an example of one of the symbols you are using.

You might also have to update Sierra Chart to the current version for this to work properly.

Well, for example if I have AAPL on the chart and then I use the command /AHS or /BAC the price display format changes from .01 to .001

Update to the current version of Sierra Chart:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

And also update Symbol Settings as explained here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

You should not have a problem with this. The Price Display Format should be .01.
