I tried to login to my sierra charts from my laptop and I can get my platform from Transact up, but I get this error for my charts: HTTP Error: The connection was closed before a response was received. I did find some info that if it is a HTTP error, most likely its my firewall. I disabled it and nothing changed with the error message.

This does indicate a firewall is causing the problem most likely. Sometimes disabling firewall is not sufficient enough because it is still causing a problem.
