SC, I am wondering about the functionality of the constant range scaling. If I take off the auto center function, then everything runs off my chart no matter what. The internal settings in this case, when deactivating the auto center function, should be configured to determine the high and low of the data present on the screen. If this is what is supposed to be happening, then it is failing. Screenshot uploaded:

Constant Range scaling is not designed to do this. It is only designed to keep the last bar within view.

We are working on some documentation for this here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Scaling.html#UsingConstRangeScale

It will be ready in a couple of hours.

if I remember correctly, sc had some time ago a function for compressing and decompressing vertically the chart. Is there a reason this was discontinued?

PS I also notice when I change the analysis that the settings for the scaling are reset

Refer to the documentation for Interactive Scale Range:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Scaling.html#InteractiveScalingExpandCompress

This functionality has not been discontinued.

PS I also notice when I change the analysis that the settings for the scaling are reset
We cannot answer this question. We do not know exactly what you are doing and what exactly is being reset. We need to know every single study you have on the chart, before and after. And before and after images of the chart. And we need to know exactly what settings are being reset. You can see the settings in the Scale Window for the chart or study.

the interactive scale range works nice, thx.

The chart settings/scale is being reset whenever I change the analysis. It is only tpo chart relevant. I have tried with time and trade setting charts and it is ok, but the tpo analysis must cause any settings in the chart settings/scale to be reset.
