Hi SC. In a [Trade Window for Chart] in the [Targets] tab - the previously functional [BE Level Offset] box can no longer support negative values as it previously could and claims it still can here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AttachedOrders.html "This level offset can be either a positive or negative number" I do not have the minus key assigned to another function in Sierra or elsewhere. It doesn't work for the main keyboard OR the numpad. I cannot even paste in a negative value from the clipboard as I can with positive values. I'm assuming the has been affected by accident. Many thanks, |

We apologize for this. This is a new problem related to the recent changes with the Trade Window to support linking of Trade Windows. We did try pasting a negative number into the Breakeven Level Offset and it did work. For example, we pasted -5. Once you also have a nonzero positive number entered, you can enter a - in front of it at that time and it will work as well. The basic problem is entering a - when the number is a zero, that does not currently work. This will be solved. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
