TPO full service not working despite service package being 5

as you can see my service is package 5

but no TPO or volume profile showing.

Why?

proper service resumed after downloading latest software update.

perhaps you can notify this will happen if software is not updated in the future. Email notification would be fine.

Most likely it was related to this:
NOTICE: Users running Versions 1290 through 1295 Must Update at this Time

An update notice has been out for at least a week now for these versions. Although you would not have seen it if you did not restart Sierra Chart.
