Problem with a data connection

Hi. I have a new notebook with Windows 10. I have installed Sierra Chart and was charged I usernames and passwords for Sierra Chart and for a data feed provider - Ritmic. The software will not connect. I added in the Annex photo. Can you help with that? Sincerely Peter Zetocha |
