downloading historical data

Just reactived my subscription and downloaded my charts but I don't have any previous history in 1M to 1H data. It's all just current within the time I loaded it all up this morning. I do get daily and weekly previous data.
Any suggestions?

Go to one of the charts and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
