Our records show that another related account has previously been created and used. You will need to make a payment for usage time. Follow the instructions below: 1. To purchase usage time, select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu. You can also go to this page in your browser: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SCUsageTimePayments Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password. 2. Choose the number Months you wish to pay for and the Service Package. 3. Choose one of the payment options. |
