Hi - A few minutes ago after rebooting my Sierra Chart platform, the following message was displayed, and prevents login. "This Sierra Chart version is no longer supported. Please go to the Download page at sierrachart.com/ and install the newest version available." This the first I've heard of this. I made sure the email associated with my account and is verified. It is. In lieu of advanced notice, might there be a way to - provide 48 hours time to learn what's involved and plan ahead before I make such a major change to my trading platform at this particular moment in the market? - A workaround I can do? If a true urgency exists, unalterable from Sierra Chart's business standpoint, so be it. If not, you have gotten my attention and based on your response I will move forward. - Would there be any specific instructions or sections of documentation you would suggest I start with in order to reliably handle my data file archive, my custom Indicators, and formula spreadsheets?
