Hello, I have been experiencing difficulties using my SC since morning. The charts keep dropping off reporting "Waiting to download historical data". After disconnecting and connecting, it sometimes gets even worse, when 80% of charts are loading with the same message "Waitinf to download historical data". I have doublechecked my internet connection as well as used a different one - unsuccesfully. Last thing I can think of is a malfunction on your side. Coud you, please, let me know if every runs smooth at your end? Thank you for support. Best regards, Jan |

I had the same problem with futures. I rebooted SC and it was fine.

Earlier this morning there was a problem with apparently available network bandwidth causing occasional delays with real-time and historical data. Although the exact cause of the problem is still unknown.
