OEC - Connected, but not recognized

using SC v1077 (pre-fix protocol)

Today is first time problem has ever happened.

Logging in and connected to OEC.
SC is not recognizing the connection.
No tools are available. Charts are updating properly.

Problem resolved itself after about 7 minutes.

All is fine on an exit/restart as well.

This is a problem with the ToolBar.

Restart Sierra Chart.

A problem like this should be resolved in the newer versions of Sierra Chart.

It has a completely new Control Bar with ToolBar buttons.
