I copied my SC folder from one PC to another, and entered LogIn info for both SC and Barchart. Then clicked a SC icon to install. Everything seemed to connect, though when trying to load a chartbook, the only selection that shows is one that comes pre-populated with the platform (I have maybe 20 in the data file). Plus, most buttons are grayed out. Therefore, while everything seems to be connected, the install did not quite complete apparently. What should I do?

It sounds like the Data Files Folder is not actually set to the location where the Sierra Chart data files are. OK, I tried this but could not find the files. I believe the reason is I have an extra instance of SC on C drive. Presumably I would delete Sierra Chart instance, since it is Sierra Chart 2 that I use for my folder? |

So you cannot find your Chartbook files anywhere on your system? You can delete \Sierrachart, if you do not have any Chartbook files in that folder or one of the subfolders.
