how to enable toolbar quotes showing date, time, open, high, low, close?

Hi ... downloaded Sierra update this morning, and now new format does not have the toolbar showing digital readout of open, high, low, close, etc. for any given bar when the pointer is positioned on it. Could not seem to find answer in the help menu. Thanks
