Hi, I discover your platform SIERRA CHART.

I asked through "Global Futures" a trial period of your platform. At the end of this period (2015, july 27), I purchased an additional extension of one month but after that date, I cannot obtain the corresponding flows.

Question 1: why the update data stopped on July 27? Is it because I do not know how to use your software correctly? Or should I buy "flows" in addition to the platform ?

Question 2: During my training period, I would use your platform with a flow to work in real time minidow YM and DAX in SIMULATION without exposing real money in the markets. Is it possible ?

1. We see you are using Sierra Chart with the Open E Cry FIX trading platform service. So is your Open E Cry account through Global Futures active? Contact Global Futures about this. Let us know what you find out about this.
