I understand your position but others are allowed a longer trial period than 2 weeks such as Mr Topstep, they get a 4 week trial and a cheaper rate. Is there no wiggle room? Thanks |

I guess I can monitor the support forum after my trial ends on 8/13/15. There were a couple of issues still outstanding: SC NVOL-NYSE vs IQfeed VOLNET SC NVOL-NYSE vs IQfeed VOLNET Cumulative Delta Bars - Value label not updating Cumulative Delta Bars - Value label not updating I would need to see both of these resolved as well as some testing time with wine 64 bit. Other than that I appreciate the time I had to evaluate. Thanks |

What is the point of us spending any further time answering questions if you are not going to be paid user? There is no need to answer this question. It is only for you to think about. In other words, if all of our time we have given you reading through each and every single word of the 55 posts, looking at and comprehending the images, contemplating what you are writing, and providing a complete and accurate answer (which may be references to comprehensive documentation), should be more than enough to warrant becoming a paid user. You also have to consider the other customers who have become paid users here who have far less support questions. You have a free trial account and have 55 posts here. The time answering these support questions, takes away time from our development! There are too many questions from your free trial account and also asking for a time extension is way too much of an expectation.
