Charts reverting back to earlier time , not showing current price action and appear to have "lock fill Space" activated, when in fact this feature is not activated.

Select Chart >> Goto End of Chart. Select Chart >> Chart Settings. Make sure Use Number of Days to Load is enabled and set the Days to Load to at least 5. Sounds like there is not enough data loaded in the chart. This is the relevant documentation for this: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#DownloadingViewingMoreHistoricalIntradayData Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I tried your suggestion but it has not helped. Enclosed is a short video of the issue from earlier today. This is in Shockwave format

So you are saying you are no longer having the issue? Therefore how is that you can say the information we gave did not help? The video shows that you are not scrolled to the end of the chart most of the time and that you created space on the right side of the chart. There can be space on the right side of the chart whether it is locked or not. Also, in general videos can be very hard to follow due to all of the information being provided over a short time span and the fact the chart is large and has a complex set up. So it was a struggle to look at it. As a matter of policy, normally we do not accept videos. If you are also removing the scrollbar from the chart, that adds further confusion. We recommend keeping the chart as simple as possible. And always make sure there is a scrollbar on the chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Yes I still have an issue. The video shows that the chart has gone back to an earlier time (03.05am GMT today) without me doing anything to it. I had been in that chart 5 minutes before that video was taken and had left it at the current time. I had not used "lock fill space", yet when I go back into the chart, the chart seems to have that function invoked (the function is not selected in chart settings). This clears when I go to the end of the chart but returns after working on other pairs and then coming back to this chart

OK usually this is caused by Tools >> Synchronize Charts being enabled. Is that enabled?

Uncheck that option. We recommend not using it.

I also am having the same problem. It appears as though the historical data fills the chart then the current real-time data is not filling the rest of the chart. The chart is just dead - no current data.
