Hello
I downloaded V.1281 with the New Spreadsheets. I hope.

In any case, all of my charts and Study-Collects are gone and while waiting for a response to an earlier request for support, I'm hoping to learn the SS.

I created a chart and a SS-Alert. It was Chart 2 and the Source Sheet is 2.

I created a formula and pressed Insert on my keyboard thus creating a visual alert on the chart but in going back to the SS, everything disappeared leaving me with the attached image.

What am I missing?

Thanks
JD

You are clearly running Sierra Chart with Old Spreadsheets and it looks like an exception has occurred due to an extremely large number of rows in the Sheet.

Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease (New Spreadsheets). Here are instructions:

Hello
Thanks for the response.

At what point does one have "an extremely large number of rows in the sheet"?

If I get V.1281 with NEW spreadsheets, will I need to rewrite all my spreadsheet formulas?

Thanks

From what we can tell you have over 1,000,000 rows in the spreadsheet you provided an image of.

More than 50,000 rows is considered large.

We do not see why any formulas have to be rewritten.
