I purchased two more months of usage time for level 5 this morning and am unable to connect to my data feed - rithmic with Ninjatrader brokerage (I am using vs 1242 so this should not be a problem). Also - I am getting an error that the Volume by Price and TPO studies are not supported for my current service package. I submitted account support tickets regarding these issues over an hour ago and have not received any feedback, so I am posting here. Thanks. |

Looks like you are not having a problem now. You needed to restart Sierra Chart after making the payment.
