Stop and TP order handeling

Hello I currently use attached stop and TP orders. I am connected to LMAX but when I log into LMAX terminal there are no stop or TP orders attached. From my activity log it seems they are cancelled immediately. See the attached series of five trades. The first three trades (bottom of screen grab) I entered market, stop and limit were immediately canceled then I exit market. The next two trades I entered market and stop and limit immediately cancelled. Then it seems every time I adjust the stop/tp orders through sierra charts I get a cancelled msg again. Whatever the reason for the orders being canceled it will be shown in the Trade >> Trade Activity Log. Whenever a stop order is modified with LMAX, it will be canceled and resent.
