The data stream will not start!

The sierra chart software had now made 2150 requests for the data stream.

Is there any support people in today? Why is it taking so long for a response???

Have you been using Sierra Chart with TD Ameritrade without a problem and suddenly this problem is occurring today? How many symbols is Sierra Chart tracking?

We apologize for the delay with this, but there is not an easy answer to this and we do not control the TD Ameritrade server or know much about it.

i used it a few days and it worked fine. Starting two days it would not stream.

I'm tracking CVG * CBB.

I also talked to TDAmeritrade support and they told me the ere sending the data to your server.

I also using serria on trans act futures and that work fine

TD Ameritrade support will be of little help. Our servers have no involvement in this at all other than for historical data.

The real-time data connection is direct to the TD Ameritrade server.

Are you running any firewall software on your computer other than the Windows firewall?
