Many of my alerts stopped triggering since the move up to 127x, but the strange thing is that they might work on one PC but not on another.

My triggers had multiple equal statements like this: id1.sg1=id2.sg1=id3.sg1
This no longer worked until I changed it to =and( (id1.sg1=id1.sg2), (id2.sg1=id3.sg1) )

Has this problem been reported? And why does it show up on certain installations only?

This is definitely not a valid formula at all:
id1.sg1=id2.sg1=id3.sg1

It really is impossible for us to answer your other questions without a lot of detailed analysis and further information from you. The main problem is the formula is not valid to begin with and we would expect that it would evaluate to FALSE in most conditions but not necessarily all of them.
