You need to update Sierra Chart to the current version. Select Help >> Download Current Version. Here are instructions:

The Message Log also contains this error at the top:
Trade Activity Log file version is out of bounds.

If you continue to see this error on the latest Sierra Chart version, then rename the TradeActivityLog.DAT file in the folder where Sierra Chart is installed, to TradeActivityLog.DAT.backup
