Missing Data On Number Bars

If I log into Sierra after Cash Market open I am missing data on the numbers bars. If I delete and download the data this does not fix it. This has being going on now for a while. I have a number of screen caps from various dates for you to view. Let me know your thoughts on this and what is wrong. Thank you
