Is there anyway of creating a spreadsheet based on the color of the bars. Meaning if the bar is green create a buy, if the bar is red create a short.

Yes. The bar coloring is going to based upon the relationship of the Open, High, Low, Close values to each other within the bar or to the prior bar.
