My Sierra free trial through Optimus expires tomorrow. I am not ready to establish a trading account (still need to decide which Data/Trade Service will be best for my trading) but I want to save my settings, chartbooks, etc. that I've built as I will definitely be using Sierra as my local platform. Came across DIRECT SIERRA CHART ACCOUNT, looked like a solution for saving my settings and I signed up but it is another OptimusScreen account, NOT Direct Sierra. Anyway, is there a way I can save my chart and trading preferences, maybe a few weeks, until I'm ready to set up a trading account? Thanks - Joe.

There is nothing special to do for the settings to be saved. This is just inherently the case. So you can be assured, you are fine at this moment and do not have to do anything. The page about Direct Sierra Chart Account has to do with a case where someone has been provided with a Sierra Chart Account Name direct from your broker.
